Our immediate operational focus is the HERMES program: a commercial suborbital two-stage vehicle designed to reach altitudes of 60–80km. By leveraging aggressive supply chain optimization and iterative manufacturing, we target a highly capital-efficient production cost of under €80,000 per vehicle. This architecture allows us to offer dedicated microgravity environments at a fraction of orbital costs. We provide rapid integration—going from contract to launch pad in under two months. The payload bay is configured for 20 standardized 1U slots (accommodating 1kg to 2kg payloads, priced at €12,000 and €16,000 respectively), ensuring a highly scalable commercial flight model right from our first successful test.
Looking ahead, IMF.Rockets is scaling to become a central hub for commercial aerospace collaboration. Rooted in the politically neutral and international environment of Monaco, our mid-to-long-term objective is to establish a high-cadence launch operation, targeting one dedicated flight every 60 days. We are not just building a private rocket company; we are constructing a collaborative infrastructure where academic institutions, biotech firms, and global hardware developers can assemble, test, and launch their technologies efficiently.
