The Mission

Sometimes the best engineering talent does not fit neatly into a pre-defined job description. At IMF Rockets, we are building rapid-cadence suborbital launch platforms to give European aerospace hardware fast flight heritage. That mission requires a diverse array of deep-tech skills.

Whether you specialize in fluid dynamics, high-G avionics PCB routing, composite structures, or even aerospace business development—if you are a relentless executor, we want to hear from you. We are an early-stage deep-tech startup, and this is a high-autonomy, experience-building environment designed for those who want to build real flight hardware from the ground up.

What We Look For

  • Proof of Execution: We care far more about your portfolio, GitHub repository, or photos of hardware you have physically built than we do about your GPA.
  • Extreme Ownership: You do not wait for tasks to be assigned. You identify bottlenecks in the architecture and engineer solutions independently.
  • Hardware-First Mindset: You prefer breaking prototypes on a test stand to staring at CAD models and simulations indefinitely.

The Profile

  • Student, recent graduate, or self-taught builder based in (or willing to commute to) Turin.
  • Proficiency in your respective domain tools (ex: SolidWorks, MATLAB, Altium, Python, C++).
  • A high tolerance for ambiguity and the grit to iterate through failures in a fast-paced lab environment.
